II. Application qualification:
1) Disabled students:
- (1) Students whose average academic score of last school year is above 80 points and who have good conduct and no violation records shall be granted scholarship.
- (2) Students whose average academic score of last school year is above 70 points and below 80 points and who have good conduct and no violation records shall be granted subsidy.
- (3) Students who participate in international competition or exhibition which is verified and documented by the government and rank top five or obtain awards equivalent to top five with certificates shall be granted scholarship.
- (4) Students who participate in domestic competition or exhibition which is verified and documented by the government and rank top three or obtain awards equivalent to top three with certificates shall be granted subsidy.
2) Gifted students: participate in international competition or exhibition in the previous school year which is verified and documented by the government and rank top five or obtain awards equivalent to top five with certificates shall be granted scholarship.
III. Scholarships and subsidies shall be selected alternatively. Times of application during attendance at the University shall not be beyond study duration. For students who are enrolled in a master's program or a doctor’s program, required credits of each school year shall be at least 12 credits.
IV. Following documents need to be prepared:
- 1) Application form
- 2) Copy of front view and back view of student ID card (copy of graduation certificate for current year's graduate)
- 3) Copy of special education student identification certificate issued by Taiwan Ministry of Education (if a student holds disability certificate, its copy shall be enclosed together)
- 4) Original of Student Transcript of previous school year
V. Application deadline: Prepare the above documents and submit to the resource classroom prior to Oct. 31st every year.

For disabled students not holding disability certificates (manual) but passing the identification of special education students by competent authorities at all levels and by Committee Responsible for Identification and Placement of Gifted and Disabled Students, amount of scholarship and subsidy shall be handled as mild level of those holding the disability certificate (manual). |
II. Application qualification:
1) Disabled students:
- (1) Students meeting the following qualification shall be granted scholarship:
A. The average academic score of last school year is above 80 points.
B. Students who rank top 50% in class rankings. Those attending the institute shall not be limited by class rankings.
C. Have good morality and no violation records. - (2) Students meeting the following qualification shall be granted scholarship:
A. The average academic score of last school year is above 80 points, but fail to rank top 50% in class rankings in the previous school year; or the average academic score is between 70 points and 80 points.
B. Have good morality and no violation records. - (3) Students who participate in international competition or exhibition in the previous school year which is verified and documented by the government and rank top five or obtain awards equivalent to top five with certificates shall be granted scholarship.
- (4) Students who participate in domestic competition or exhibition in the previous school year which is verified and documented by the government and rank top three or obtain awards equivalent to top three with certificates shall be granted subsidy.
2) Gifted students: participate in international competition or exhibition in the previous school year which is verified and documented by the government and rank top five or obtain awards equivalent to top five with certificates shall be granted scholarship.
III. According to Paragraph 3, Article 4 of Regulations Regarding Special Education Students’ Subsidies and Awards, disabled students who apply for subsidy based on academic achievement is limited by quota. If number of applicants exceeds quota of subsidized students, priority of granting subsidy shall be handled based on regulations of the University.
IV. All scholarships and subsidies shall be selected alternatively. Times of application during attendance at the University shall not be beyond study duration. For students who are enrolled in a master's program or a doctor’s program, required credits of each school year shall be at least 12 credits.
