National Chung Hsing University Assistant Professor Chou Hui-Tzu Memorial Scholarship Application Announcement

設立宗旨 Purpose of Establishment	本校植物系退休副教授周惠慈女士之子張其善先生，為紀念其母並獎勵清寒優秀學生完成學業，特捐贈國立中興大學新台幣陸拾萬元整，設置「國立中興大學周惠慈副教授紀念獎學金」。 Mr. Chang Chi-Shan, the son of Ms. Chou Hui-Tzu, a retired associate professor of the Department of Plant Pathology at this university, has donated NT$600,000 to National Chung Hsing University to commemorate his mother and to support outstanding students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds in completing their studies. This fund is designated as the "National Chung Hsing University Assistant Professor Chou Hui-Tzu Memorial Scholarship.
金額/名額 Award/Quota	1萬5千元 / 2名 NT$15,000 / 2 recipients
申請資格 Eligibility	1.本國籍之本校生命科學系大學部在學學生undergraduate students of the Department of Life Sciences who are Taiwanese 2.單親家庭子女或家境清寒 applicant is from single-parent families or financially disadvantaged backgrounds 3.該學期獲獎前無休、退、轉學者 applicant must not have taken a leave of absence, withdrawn, or transferred schools in the semester before the application
申請方式 Application Procedure	備齊所需文件至本校生輔組(惠蓀堂2樓)申請 Submit the required documents to the Student Life Division at our university (2nd Floor, Hui-Sun Auditorium).
必備文件 Required Documents	1.申請表+成績單 Application Form + Transcript 2.單親家庭子女或家境清寒證明 Proof of single-parent family status or financial disadvantage.

備註 Notes	◎本獎學金由接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會審核，該委員會審核會議預計113年12月底召開。 The scholarship will be awarded after review and approval by the Scholarship Management Committee of the university. ◎轉學生用前學校最後一學年成績申請。 Transfer students should use their final academic year grades from their previous school for the application.
