大學部、研究所

申請對象
  1. 具中華民國國籍，在標準修業年限內，就讀公私立大學及研究所之在學學生（不含大一新生、進修部），未享有公費待遇者。
  2. 前一學年度每學期成績達80分或班排名前百分之三十以內，且每學期操行成績80分以上者，且未有因故意行為遭記警告以上懲處記錄者。
  3. 領有當年度全戶列冊中低收入戶\證明書者，得以優先順位核發獎學金。
  4. 依規定提供一篇閱讀心得，請參閱第四條申請文件之第八項。
