設立宗旨 Purpose of Establishment |
國立中興大學員生消費合作社為回饋本校，特捐贈新台幣二百萬元整，做為學生獎助學金之用。 The National Chung Hsing University Student Cooperative has donated NT$2,000,000 to give back to the university, which will be used for student scholarships. |

申請資格 Eligibility |
Applicants must have an average academic and conduct score of 85 or above for the previous semester, with no failing grades.
Students who have received other scholarships this semester are not eligible to apply.
Part-time students or delay graduation students are not eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to students from low and near-poor household and those with financial hardship. |

備齊所需文件至本校生輔組(惠蓀堂2樓)申請 Submit the required documents to the Student Life Division (2nd Floor, Hui-Sun Auditorium) at our university. |

1.申請表並請填寫google表單 Application form + fill out the Google form. 2.前學期成績單 Transcript for the previous semester. 3.中低收入戶或家境清寒者須附相關證明 Proof of low and near-poor income status and financial hardship must be included for relevant applicants. |

◎成績證明：註冊組外的自動繳費列印機 Transcript: Automatic payment printer at the Registration Office. ◎清寒證明：向戶籍地村里長申請 Proof of financial disadvantage: Please submit a request to the Chief of the Village where your domicile is registered. ◎低收入戶證明：向戶籍地鄉鎮區公所申請 Proof of low-income status: Obtain from the local township or district office where the domicile place is registered. |
