申請資格
Eligibility Criteria

有下列情形之一者，不得申請：
Applicants are not eligible under the following circumstances:

1. 不具中華民國國籍者。Individuals without Taiwan nationality.
2. 就讀本校推廣教育班、在職班、學分班、產業碩士專班與遠距教學者。
   Students enrolled in the university's extension education programs, executive programs, credit courses, industry-specific master's programs, or distance learning programs.
3. 休學、退學及轉離本校者。
   Those who are on a leave of absence, have withdrawn, or have transferred from the university.

備齊所需文件至本校生輔組(惠蓀堂2樓)
Submit the required documents to the Student Life Divisionat our university (2nd Floor, Hui-Sun Auditorium).

Required Documents

申請表請至興大入口-學務資訊系統-助學資訊-生活助學金系統申請，待線上申請完成，請於5日內檢附下列證明文件繳至生輔組，查驗後歸還。
Please submit the application form through the "NCHU Single Sign-On System - System Entry - Student Affairs Information - Financial Aid & Scholarships." Once the online application is completed, please provide the following supporting documents to the Student Life Division within 5 days. The documents will be returned after verification.

逾期未繳驗者，視同放棄。
Failure to submit the documents within the specified time frame will be considered as a forfeiture of the application.

1. 全戶戶口名簿影本或電子戶籍謄本(記事欄勿省略)Household Certificate  
   A copy or electronic Household Registration Transcript (ensure that the Notes column is not omitted)
2. 學生+父母或法定監護人112年所得證明，總所得70萬元以下；學生已婚者，加計其配偶112年所得證明，總所得70萬元以下。
   Income Certificate for the student and their parents or legal guardians for the year 2023, with a total income of 700,000 NTD or below. For married students, include the income certificate for the spouse for the year 2023, with a total income of 700,000 NTD or below.
3. 前肄畢業學校最後一學期成績單（僅轉學生或新生必備）Transcript of the final semester from the last attended school (required only for transfer students or new students).

備註
Notes

• 申請者以核定之年度(114年1月至12月)為有效服務期間，第一學期畢業生服務至1月，第二學期畢業生服務至7月。
  For applicants, the approved service period is for the year 2025 (January to December). Graduates from the first semester will serve until January, while graduates from the second semester will serve until July.
• 每年10月份開放申請下一年度生活助學金之保障名額。
  Applications for the next year's financial aid protection quota are open every October.
• 家庭年收入較低者優先錄取，若遇家庭年收入相同者，以學業成績較高者優先，未錄取者列為備取，待有出缺時遞補。
  Priority will be given to applicants with lower annual family income. In cases where annual family incomes are the same, preference will be given to those with higher academic performance. Applicants who are not initially admitted will be placed on a waiting list and considered for admission if vacancies arise.
• 生活學習：本校視學生意願及修課情形安排生活服務學習，並給予助學金；當月考核不及格者下個月起不發給助學金。
  Student Learning: The university will arrange life service learning based on students' preferences and course schedules and provide financial aid. Students who fail the assessment for the month will no longer receive financial aid starting the following month.
• 每週學習時數以8小時為上限，每月不超過30小時，未依規定完成生活服務學習時數或經學習單位考核不及格者取消生活服務學習資格。
  The maximum learning hours per week are 8 hours, and the total for each month should not exceed 30 hours. Failure to complete the required life service learning hours or failure in the assessment by the learning unit will result in the cancellation of the life service learning qualification.
