一、獎學金每學年申請一次，申請日期由學務處統籌訂定。
Article 1  The scholarship is applied for once each academic year, with the application date determined by the Office of Student Affairs.
二、本獎學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等有關單位辦理。
Article 2  The scholarship funds are managed and stored by the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Office of Accounting and the Office of General Affairs.
三、本獎學金之審核由本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會辦理。
Article 3  The scholarship is reviewed by the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships at our university.
四、獎學金金額每名每學年壹萬元，名額視孳息收入多寡按僑生、國內生二比一的原則定之，孳息盈餘，併入基金存儲。
Article 4  Each recipient will receive NT$10,000 per academic year. The number of recipients is determined based on the interest income, with a ratio of two Overseas Compatriot Students to one domestic student. Any surplus interest is added to the fund.
五、申請條件：
（一）核給對象為大學部二年級以上學生，研究生不得申請。
（二）僑生：上學年學業成績總平均七十五分以上，操行成績八十五分以上者。
      國內生：上學年學業成績總平均八十分以上及操行成績八十五分以上者。
      凡同一學年已請領其他獎學金一萬元（含）以上者，不得申請。
（三）學業成績相同時，以操行成績高者為優先。
Article 5  Eligibility:
1. Applicants must be undergraduate students in their second year or above. Graduate students are not eligible to apply.
2. For Overseas Compatriot Students: An average academic score of 75 or above and a conduct score of 85 or above in the previous academic year.
  For domestic students: An average academic score of 80 or above and a conduct score of 85 or above in the previous academic year.
  Students who have already received other scholarships of NT$10,000 or more in the same academic year are not eligible to apply.
3. In cases of identical academic scores, priority is given to those with higher conduct scores.
六、申請手續：繳交前學年學業操行成績單一份。
Article 6  Application Procedure: Applicants must submit a transcript of their academic and conduct scores from the previous academic year.
七、學生獲獎紀錄永久保存，申請資料則保存1年。
Article 7  Records of recipients are permanently maintained, while application documents are kept for one year.

一、彰化榮民之家故榮民冷寶源先生，生前曾服務於國立中興大學（以下簡稱本大學）。逝世後遺囑將其遺款壹佰零陸萬貳仟捌佰陸拾元正捐贈本大學做為獎學金之用，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  Mr. Leng Bao-Yuan, a deceased veteran from the Changhua Veterans Home, formerly served at National Chung Hsing University (hereinafter referred to as "the University"). In his will, he donated NT$1,062,860 to the University to be used as a scholarship fund, leading to the establishment of these guidelines.
二、本獎學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等有關單位辦理。
Article 2  The scholarship funds are managed and stored by the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Office of Accounting and the Office of General Affairs.
三、本獎學金之審核由本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會辦理。
Article 3  The scholarship is reviewed by the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships at the University.
四、本獎學金訂每學年申請一次，金額暫定為每名伍千元，名額視孳息收入多寡而定。

五、本獎學金核給對象為本校大學部（含進修學士班）學生，但合於申請條件之退除役官兵子女優先核給。
Article 5  The scholarship is available to undergraduate students (including those in the evening bachelor's program) at the University, with priority given to children of retired or discharged military personnel who meet the application criteria.
六、申請條件：
（一）前學年學業成績總平均八十分以上及操行成績八十五分以上者
（二）同一學年度未領取其他獎助學金及未受公費待遇者。
（三）家境清寒學生，學業成績七十五分以上亦可申請，但需檢附證明。
Article 6  Application Criteria:
1. Applicants must have an average academic score of 80 or above and a conduct score of 85 or above in the previous academic year.
2. Applicants must not have received other scholarships or public funds in the same academic year.
3. Students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds with an academic score of 75 or above may also apply, but must provide proof of financial hardship.

一、本校法商學院畢業校友鄭孝慈先生暨張臨華女士伉儷，從事國際貿易有成，捐贈新台幣壹佰萬元做為母校獎學基金，並定名為「柏樂公司勤學獎學金」特訂定此辦法。
Article 1  Mr. Zheng Xiao-Ci and Mrs. Zhang Lin-Hua, alumni of the College of Law and Business at our university, have succeeded in international trade and donated NT$1,000,000 to establish a scholarship fund named the "Boluo Corporation Diligence Scholarship," leading to the establishment of these guidelines.
二、本獎學金核給對象為本校全體學生，每學年申請一次，申請日期另行公告。
Article 2  The scholarship is available to all students at the university and is applied for once each academic year, with the application date to be announced separately.
三、本獎學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等有關單位辦理。
Article 3  The scholarship funds are managed and stored by the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Office of Accounting and the Office of General Affairs.

五、本獎學金金額暫定為每名五千元，名額則視基金孳息收入多寡而定，按大學部（含進修學士班）與研究所（含博士班）三比一的原則及四捨五入的方式定名額，但基金孳息足供名額一或二名時，以大學部（含進修學士班）學生優先，三名時大學部（含進修學士班）二名，研究所（含博士班）一名，並於申請前公告通知。
Article 5  The scholarship amount is tentatively set at NT$5,000 per recipient. The number of recipients is determined based on the interest income, following a 3:1 ratio between undergraduate (including evening bachelor's program) and graduate (including doctoral) students, rounded to the nearest whole number. If the interest income supports only one or two recipients, preference is given to undergraduate students. For three recipients, two will be undergraduates and one will be a graduate student. The number of recipients will be announced prior to the application period.
六、申請條件：
（一）各院系二年級以上學生。
（二）前學年學業成績總平均八十分以上及操行成績八十五分以上。
（三）家境清寒學生其學業成績一項總平均在七十五分以上亦可申請。但需取得任課老師書面證明。
（四）未受公費待遇及未領其他獎學金者。

一、味丹企業股份有限公司董事長楊清欽先生捐贈本校新台幣一百萬元整，以其每年孳息所得設置獎學金，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  Mr. Yang Qing-Qin, Chairman of Vedan Enterprise Corporation, has donated NT$1,000,000 to the university. The scholarship fund is established using the annual interest income from this donation, leading to the establishment of these guidelines.

一、本校為照顧清寒學生並鼓勵其專心向學，以每年孳息所得設置本獎助學金，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  To support financially disadvantaged students and encourage them to focus on their studies, the university has established this scholarship fund using the annual interest income, leading to the establishment of these guidelines.
二、經費來源：捐贈人與捐款金額如左：（其他捐贈獎助學金未指定申請對象，亦得為本獎助學金之經費來源。）
  1.畢業校友捐贈二十一萬三千五百元。（石騰芳先生獎學金）
  2.張翠香女士捐贈新台幣十萬元。
  3.中華婦女聯合會國立中興大學分會黃林琴女士捐贈新台幣十萬元。
  4.陳昔先生、林井女士遺屬捐贈新台幣十萬元。
  5.無名氏捐贈新台幣十萬元。（工讀生獎學金）
  6.唐建白先生遺屬捐贈新台幣五萬元。
  7.崴鴻國際有限公司捐贈新台幣十五萬元。
  8.量子生物科技有限公司捐贈新台幣八萬元。
  9.謝言信謝林玉鶯文教基金會捐贈新台幣二萬元。
Article 2  The donations and amounts are as follows (other unspecified donations for scholarships can also be sources for this scholarship fund):
1. Alumni donation of NT$213,500 (Mr. Shi Teng-Fang Scholarship).
2. Mrs. Zhang Cui-Xiang donated NT$100,000.
3. Mrs. Huang Lin-Qin from the National Chung Hsing University Chapter of the Chinese Women’s Federation donated NT$100,000.
4.The family of Mr. Chen Xi and Mrs. Lin Jing donated NT$100,000.
5. Anonymous donation of NT$100,000 (Work-Study Scholarship).
6. The family of Mr. Tang Jian-Bai donated NT$50,000.
7. Wei Hong International Co., Ltd. donated NT$150,000.
8.Quantum Biotechnology Co., Ltd. donated NT$80,000.
9. The Xie Yan-Xin and Xie Lin Yu-Ying Cultural and Educational Foundation donated NT$20,000.
三、申請條件
  1.學生家庭遭逢重大事故經系所推薦或最近一年家庭全年年收入新台幣五十萬元以下者，請向戶籍地國稅分局或稽徵所申請所得證明。
  2.未受公費待遇及其他學雜費全免或減免優惠者。
  3.未領其他獎助學金者優先。
Article 3  Eligibility:
1. Students whose families have experienced major incidents, recommended by their department, or families with an annual income below NT$500,000 in the past year. Income proof should be obtained from the local tax office.
2. Students who are not receiving public funds or other full or partial tuition fee waivers.
3. Priority is given to students who have not received other scholarships.
四、金額及名額：每名新台幣五千元，名額視孳息多寡而定。
Article 4  Amount and Number of Scholarships: Each recipient will receive NT$5,000, with the number of recipients determined by the interest income.

一、蘇偉文博士為紀念其亡室陳麗雲博士多年來，致力於社會教育，服務社群，熱心公益，尤其於推動婦女義務工作的範疇上，貢獻良多。其一生慈悲為懷，為鼓勵學子勤學向善，服務社會，乃捐贈新台幣伍拾萬元，設置「陳麗雲博士紀念獎學金」，每年以孳息所得做為獎學金，特訂本辦法。
Article 1  Dr. Su Wei-Wen, in memory of his late wife, Dr. Chen Li-Yun, who devoted many years to social education, community service, and volunteer work for women, has donated NT$500,000 to establish the "Dr. Chen Li-Yun Memorial Scholarship." The scholarship is funded by the annual interest income, leading to the establishment of these guidelines.
二、本獎學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等相關單位辦理。

（五）本獎學金獲獎人須撰寫短文一篇，經本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會，轉交本獎學金之捐款人。短文內容須簡述獲獎人的立學志向及所參與之社會服務和公益事宜，以便捐款人及其後世做為慰告陳麗雲博士在天之靈之用。

4. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to public service and actively participate in community service activities.
5. Recipients must write a short essay, which will be submitted to the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships and forwarded to the donor. The essay should outline the recipient's academic goals and their involvement in social and community service activities, serving as a tribute to Dr. Chen Li-Yun.
七、申請手續：繳交前學年度成績單、熱心公益服務證明及五百字短文一篇。

八、學生獲獎紀錄永久保存，申請資料則保存1年。

一、薛克旋教授子女為紀念其先父一生慈悲廉儉、熱心教育，鼓勵清寒學子勤學向善，乃捐贈新台幣壹佰萬元整，設置「薛克旋教授紀念獎助學金」，以每年孳息所得做為獎助學金，以資紀念，特訂本辦法。
Article 1  The children of Professor Hsueh Ko-Hsuan, in memory of their late father's lifetime of compassion, frugality, and dedication to education, and to encourage financially disadvantaged students to pursue their studies and develop virtuous character, have donated NT$1,000,000 to establish the "Professor Hsueh Ko-Hsuan Memorial Scholarship." The scholarship is funded by the annual interest income, leading to the formulation of these guidelines.
二、本獎助學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等相關單位辦理。
Article 2  The scholarship funds are managed and stored by the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Office of Accounting and the Office of General Affairs.
三、本獎助學金之審核由本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會辦理。
Article 3  The scholarship is reviewed by the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships at the university.
四、獎助學金每學年發放一次，名額視孳息收入多寡而定，每名金額新台幣壹萬元，申請日期為每學年第二學期公告申請。
Article 4  The scholarship is awarded once each academic year. The number of recipients is determined based on the interest income, with each recipient receiving NT$10,000. The application date is announced in the second semester of each academic year.
五、申請條件：
（一）本國籍大學部(含進修學士班)學生，不含應屆畢業生。
（二）家境清寒學生前學期學業平均成績八十分以上，操行成績八十五分以上。
（三）同一學年未受公費待遇與未受政府生活費補助及學費全額補助。
Article 5  Eligibility:
1. Taiwanese undergraduate students (including evening bachelor's program), excluding current graduating students.
2. Financially disadvantaged students with an average academic score of 80 or above and a conduct score of 85 or above in the previous semester.
3. Students who have not received public funds, government living allowances, or full tuition subsidies in the same academic year.

一、國立中興大學員生消費合作社為回饋本校，特捐贈新台幣二百萬元整，做為學生獎助學金之用。
Article 1  The National Chung Hsing University Staff and Student Consumer Cooperative, to give back to the university, has donated NT$2,000,000 to be used for student scholarships.
二、金額：每名新台幣壹萬元整。
Article 2  Each recipient will receive NT$10,000.
三、名額：每學期10名。
Article 3  Number of Recipients: Ten scholarships will be awarded each semester.
四、申請條件：
（一）申請者前一學期學業及操行成績平均八十五分以上，且未有任何一科不及格者。
（二）本學期已領其他獎助學金者，不得申請。
（三）在職生及延畢生不得申請。
（四）中低收入戶或家境清寒之學生優先獲獎。
Article 4  Eligibility:
1. Applicants must have an average academic and conduct score of 85 or above in the previous semester, with no failing grades in any subject.
2. Students who have already received other scholarships in the current semester are not eligible to apply.
3.Employed students and students who have extended their studies are not eligible to apply.
4. Priority will be given to students from low to middle-income households or financially disadvantaged backgrounds.

第一條 宗旨：李自發先生與李戴蘭花女士的子女們為紀念其父親與母親一生刻苦努力、熱心助人，教導子女奮發向上及慈悲感恩，特捐贈國立中興大學新台幣壹佰伍拾萬元整，設置「國立中興大學李自發先生與李戴蘭花女士紀念獎助學金」，以協助弱勢學子力爭上游。

一、國立中興大學（以下簡稱本校）美籍教授田露蓮、孫寶珍為鼓勵學生精研英文，將授課所得鐘點費全部捐出設置本獎學金並訂定本辦法。
Article 1  Professors Tian Lu-Lian and Sun Bao-Zhen, American professors at National Chung Hsing University (hereinafter referred to as "the University"), have donated their teaching wages to establish this scholarship to encourage students to excel in English, leading to the formulation of these guidelines.
二、本項獎勵規定如下：
（一）獎勵名額及金額：每學年以六名為原則，每名新台幣四千五百元整，並得視利息收入多寡由外文系核定獎勵名額及金額。
（二）申請手續：請向外文系繳交申請書及上學年成績單，並由該系推薦名單至生活輔導組辦理。
（三）獎勵對象：
    1.本校（日、進修）外國語文學系三年級學生。
    2.前學年學業成績總平均八十分以上及操行成績八十五分以上。
    3.本學年度未領其他獎助學金。
Article 2  Number of Recipients and Amount:
1. In principle, six recipients will be selected each academic year, with each receiving NT$4,500. The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures may adjust the number of recipients and the amount based on the interest income.
2. Application Procedure: Applicants must submit an application form and transcripts from the previous academic year to the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures. The department will then recommend candidates to the Student Assistance Division for further processing.
3. Eligibility:
(1) Third-year students in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures (day or evening programs).
(2) An average academic score of 80 or above and a conduct score of 85 or above in the previous academic year.
(3) Students who have not received other scholarships in the current academic year.

一、施氏昆仲施劍塵先生（國立中興大學植物系五十三年畢業）及劍鎣先生（國立中興大學昆蟲系五十六年畢業，現任昆蟲研究所教授）為紀念其先父施公益勵先生一生慈悲廉儉、熱心教育、鼓勵清寒學子勤學向善、不遺餘力，捐贈新台幣伍拾萬元，以每年孳息所得做為獎學金，以資紀念，特訂本辦法。
Article 1  In memory of their late father, Mr. Shi Gong-Yi Li, who was compassionate, frugal, dedicated to education, and encouraged financially disadvantaged students to study diligently and develop virtuous character, Mr. Shi Jian-Chen (a 1964 graduate of the Department of Plant Pathology, National Chung Hsing University) and Mr. Shi Jian-Ying (a 1967 graduate of the Department of Entomology, National Chung Hsing University, and currently a professor at the Institute of Entomology) have donated NT$500,000 to establish a scholarship fund. The scholarship is funded by the annual interest income, leading to the formulation of these guidelines.

一、本獎學金基金共為新台幣壹拾萬元正，以其每年孳息所得設獎學金，每名每學年新台幣三仟元正，名額視孳息而定，利息餘額轉入本金。

一、國立中興大學動物科學系教授陳耀錕先生逝世後，其門生故舊為紀念陳公生前德意並鼓勵有志青年精研畜牧，遂募集基，以所得孳息設置獎學金，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  Following the passing of Professor Chen Yao-Kun of the Department of Animal Science at National Chung Hsing University, his students and colleagues established this scholarship fund using the interest income to commemorate his legacy and encourage young students to excel in animal husbandry.
二、獎學金核定對象為國立中興大學動物科學、獸醫二系學生，其名額視孳息多寡按動物科學系、獸醫系三比一的原則及四捨五入的方式定名額，但基金孳息足供名額一或二名時，以動物科學系學生優先，三名時動物科學系二名，獸醫系一名，並請該系推薦學生申請。
Article 2  The scholarship is available to students from the Departments of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine at National Chung Hsing University. The number of recipients is determined by the interest income, with a ratio of 3:1 between Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine students. If the interest income supports one or two recipients, preference is given to Animal Science students. If it supports three recipients, two will be from Animal Science and one from Veterinary Medicine. The respective departments are responsible for recommending students to apply.

一、國立中興大學森林學系退休教授劉慎孝先生為感念其夫人吳順昌女士生前治家功德，並鼓勵青年學子努力研習林學，特捐贈新台幣肆拾萬元做為獎學基金，以其每年所生利息充為每年獎學金，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  Professor Liu Shen-Xiao, a retired professor from the Department of Forestry at National Chung Hsing University, has donated NT$400,000 in memory of his wife, Mrs. Wu Shun-Chang, for her meritorious contributions to the family and to encourage young students to diligently study forestry. The annual interest income from this donation will be used to fund the scholarship, leading to the formulation of these guidelines.
二、本辦法之核給對象為國立中興大學森林學系（所）學生，名額視利息多寡而定，並請森林系推薦學生申請。獎學金金額暫定每名每學年新台幣伍千元正。
Article 2  The scholarship is available to students from the Department of Forestry (undergraduate and graduate). 一、鄭故教授謀平以遺款新台幣拾捌萬元捐贈中興大學動物科學系做為獎學金，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  The late Professor Cheng Mou-Ping donated NT$180,000 from his estate to the Department of Animal Science at National Chung Hsing University to establish a scholarship fund. These guidelines have been formulated accordingly.

（三）年級相同時，以福建省籍學生優先。

1. If the number of qualified applicants exceeds the available slots for the year, priority is given to students specializing in animal product processing. Selection is based on academic performance.
2. If academic scores are the same, preference is given to students in higher grades.
If the grade level is the same, preference is given to students from Fujian Province.

Article 1  Mr. Lin Wan-Nian, an alumnus of the Department of Applied Economics (formerly the Department of Agricultural Economics), has achieved significant success in his career. To give back to his alma mater and encourage his juniors to strive for academic excellence, he has donated NT$500,000 to establish a scholarship fund. The annual interest income from this donation will be used to fund the scholarship, leading to the formulation of these guidelines.

第一條 本校土壤環境科學系(包括前農化系)吳敏慧教授及畢業系友為紀念盛澄淵教授對臺灣農業及本系發展之貢獻，捐集成立盛澄淵教授獎助學金，特定本辦法。

    3.參加本校碩博士班甄試錄取並登記就學意願為土壤環境科學系碩博士班學生者。

  三、同一學期未領取其他獎(助)學金者。

(2) Applicants who have been approved for direct admission to the Ph.D. program.
(3) Applicants admitted to the master's or Ph.D. programs in the department through university entrance exams, who have registered their intent to study.
(4) Applicants with the highest average academic scores.
3. Applicants must not have received other scholarships or financial aid in the same semester.

一、牟孝斌同學原肄業本校動物科學系不幸車禍身亡。其令尊建邦先生將其賠償費新台幣貳拾伍萬元捐贈設獎學金以資紀念，特訂定本辦法。

一、本獎學金係以國際原子能總署一九六一年補助國立中興大學農學院農藝系。利用放射能改良東南亞稻作計畫經費積餘項下撥給之新台幣貳萬元做為基金而設置之。
Article 1  This scholarship was established using NT$20,000 provided by the International Atomic Energy Agency in 1961 as part of the surplus funds from a project aimed at improving Southeast Asian rice crops through the use of radiation at the Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture, National Chung Hsing University.
二、本獎學金名額及金額視基金孳息收入之多寡而定。
Article 2  The number of recipients and the amount of the scholarship are determined by the interest income from the fund.
三、本獎學金之審核由本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會辦理。
Article 3  The scholarship is reviewed by the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships at the university.
四、本獎學金核給對象為農資學院農藝系三、四年級學生，並具有下列條件者：
（一）上學年學業成績總平均在八十分以上（主修科必在八十分以上）者。
（二）上學年操行成績平均在八十五分以上者。
合於上述條件申請學生對於「原子能和平利用」有關學科成績優良者應儘先核給。
Article 4  The scholarship is available to third- and fourth-year students in the Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture, who meet the following criteria:
1. An average academic score of 80 or above in the previous academic year, with major subjects scoring at least 80.
2. An average conduct score of 85 or above in the previous academic year.
Priority will be given to applicants with excellent academic performance in subjects related to the "Peaceful Use of Atomic Energy."

一、國立中興大學為紀念本校林管處前主任夏兆熊先生與農學院農業化學系故教授葛志元先生，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  National Chung Hsing University established these guidelines to commemorate Mr. Xia Zhao-Xiong, former Director of the Forest Management Office, and the late Professor Ge Zhi-Yuan of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry in the College of Agriculture.
二、本獎學金核給對象為農資學院大學部學生，每學年申請一次。
Article 2  The scholarship is available to undergraduate students in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Applications are accepted once per academic year.
三、本獎學金之審核由本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會辦理。
Article 3  The scholarship is reviewed by the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships at the university.
四、本獎學金金額暫定每名三千元，名額視基金孳息收入多寡而定。
Article 4  The scholarship amount is NT$3,000 per recipient, with the number of recipients determined by the interest income from the fund.
五、評定標準：
（一）前學年學業成績總平均八十分以上及操行成績八十五分以上，且未領受公費及其他獎助學金者。

    2.學業成績
    3.操行成績

Article 5  Evaluation Criteria:

2. Priority for awarding scholarships is as follows:
(1) Students from the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences or the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology.

一、簡氏子女為紀念其先父簡錦忠博士四十餘年致力於植物病理（稻熱病）之研究與防治工作，並一生謙沖為懷，為鼓勵學子勤學向善，於91年捐贈新台幣伍拾萬元，復於106年捐贈新台幣伍拾萬元，設置「簡錦忠博士紀念獎學金」，每年將以孳息所得做為獎學金，特訂本辦法。
Article 1  To commemorate Dr. Jian Jin-Zhong’s more than 40 years of dedication to the research and control of plant pathology (rice blast disease), and to encourage students to strive for academic excellence and moral integrity, his children donated NT$500,000 in 2002 and an additional NT$500,000 in 2017 to establish the "Dr. Jian Jin-Zhong Memorial Scholarship." The annual interest income from this donation will be used to fund the scholarship, leading to the formulation of these guidelines.
二、本獎學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等相關單位辦理。

一、國立中興大學(以下簡稱本校)土壤環境科學系黃盤銘講座教授為鼓勵本校優秀外籍學生(含僑生)進行土壤環境科學相關研究，捐助成立黃盤銘教授獎助學金，特訂定本辦法以規範獎助學金之名額、金額、申請及審核事宜。
Article 1  To encourage outstanding international students (including overseas compatriot students) at National Chung Hsing University (hereinafter referred to as the University) to engage in research related to soil and environmental sciences, Professor Huang Pan-Ming has donated funds to establish the Professor Huang Pan-Ming Scholarship. These guidelines are formulated to specify the number of scholarships, the amount of the scholarship, application procedures, and review processes.
二、本獎學金每學年授與獎助學金每名新臺幣一萬元，名額為博士班一名、碩士班一名。所餘本金加孳息不足貳萬元時，全部作為當年度獎學金發給，發放完畢後本辦法自動失效。
Article 2  Each academic year, one doctoral student and one master’s student will each receive a scholarship of NT$10,000. If the remaining principal and interest amount to less than NT$20,000, the entire amount will be awarded as scholarships for that year, after which these guidelines will automatically expire.
三、本系博士班及碩士班二年級外籍學生(含僑生)，前學年度學業總平均達八十分以上者，得於校方公告申請日期內辦理申請。
Article 3  Second-year international students (including overseas compatriot students) in the doctoral or master’s programs in the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences with an average academic score of 80 or above in the previous academic year are eligible to apply within the application period announced by the University.
四、申請手續為向本校主辦單位繳交前學年度成績單及申請表，彙送本校接受各界捐助獎助學金管理委員會會議審核。
Article 4  Applicants must submit their transcripts from the previous academic year and an application form to the University’s organizing unit, which will then forward the documents to the Committee for the Management of Donations and Scholarships for review.
五、申請合格人數超過原定名額時，評比優先順序依序為1.申請逕讀博士班並獲通過者、2.未曾申請過本獎學金者、3.學業平均成績最高者優先、4.其他特殊表現。
Article 5  If the number of qualified applicants exceeds the available slots, priority will be given in the following order:1. Applicants approved for direct admission to the doctoral program.2. Applicants who have not previously received this scholarship.3. Applicants with the highest average academic scores.4.Other exceptional achievements.

一、為鼓勵應用經濟學系(以下簡稱應經系)學生申請就讀應經系碩士班、博士班及農業經濟與行銷碩士學位學程〈以下簡稱農經學程〉，以及農經學程學生申請就讀應經系博士班，特設置本獎學金以支持就讀上述研究所之優秀同學年度學雜費用。
Article 1  To encourage students of the Department of Applied Economics (hereinafter referred to as the Department) to apply for the Department's master's and doctoral programs, as well as the Master's Program in Agricultural Economics and Marketing (hereinafter referred to as the Agricultural Economics Program), and to support students of the Agricultural Economics Program to apply for the Department's doctoral program, this scholarship is established to cover the annual tuition fees for outstanding students enrolled in the aforementioned graduate programs.
二、申請日期：每年九月一日至九月三十日止。
Article 2  Application Period: The application period is from September 1st to September 30th each year.
三、核發對象：非在職身份之應經系碩、博士班及農經學程一年級學生。
Article 3  Eligible Recipients: First-year students enrolled in the Department’s master’s, doctoral programs, and the Agricultural Economics Program, who are not currently employed.
四、名額：每學年二名。
Article 4  Number of Scholarships: Two scholarships will be awarded each academic year.
五、金額：每名新台幣50,000元整
Article 5  Scholarship Amount: Each recipient will receive NT$50,000.
六、資格：應經系畢業之學生經逕讀、推甄或一般考試就讀前述之研究所且願意協助系務發展之碩士班及博士班新生。
Article 6  Eligibility: Graduates of the Department who are admitted to the aforementioned graduate programs through direct admission, recommendation, or general examination, and are willing to assist in the development of the Department, are eligible to apply.
七、審核：由應經系導師會議審查通過。

一、詹益誠同學原肄業於本校應經系，於民國七十四年參加山地文化服務隊，不幸於南投信義鄉雙龍瀑布因救人犧牲，義行可風，家屬將節省之喪葬費肆拾萬元捐贈設獎學金以資紀念，特訂定本辦法。
Article 1  Zhan Yi-Cheng, a former student of the Department of Applied Economics, participated in the Mountain Culture Service Team in 1985. Unfortunately, he sacrificed his life while saving someone at the Shuanglong Waterfall in Xinyi Township, Nantou County. To commemorate his heroic act, his family donated NT$400,000 saved from funeral expenses to establish this scholarship. These guidelines are formulated accordingly.

一、廖氏子女為紀念其先父廖士毅教授創辦中興大學農產運銷學系，三十餘年致力於農業經濟之教學與研究，並且一生慷慨助人，鼓勵學子勤學向善，乃捐贈新台幣捌拾萬元，設置「廖士毅教授紀念獎學金」，每年將以孳息所得做為獎學金，故特訂本辦法。
Article 1  To commemorate Professor Shiyi Liao, the founder of the Department of Agricultural Marketing at National Chung Hsing University, who dedicated over thirty years to teaching and researching agricultural economics, and to encourage students to study diligently and cultivate virtue, the Liao family donated NT$800,000 to establish the "Professor Shiyi Liao Memorial Scholarship." The interest generated by this fund will be used for the scholarship each year.
二、本獎學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等有關單位辦理。

一、本獎學金基金為新台幣壹拾伍萬元正，以其每年孳息所得設獎學金，每名新台幣伍仟元正，名額視孳息而定，利息餘額轉入本金。
Article 1  The scholarship fund is NT$150,000. The annual interest income from this fund will be used to award scholarships, with each scholarship amounting to NT$5,000. The number of scholarships awarded will depend on the interest income, with any surplus interest added to the principal.
二、本獎學金請生物產業機電工程學系大學部二、三年級導師分別推薦1～2名以上學生申請，由系成立審查委員會或系務會議審查甄選。
Article 2  The Department of Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering (BIME) will have the advisors of the second- and third-year undergraduate students each recommend 1-2 students to apply. A review committee or departmental meeting will be established to select the recipients.

Article 1  To extend his lifelong dedication to the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences, the promotion of agriculture, and contributions to soil science, former department head Professor Zhuang Zuo-Quan established a scholarship fund. The interest generated from this fund will be used to provide scholarships as outlined in these guidelines.
二、本獎學金獎勵國立中興大學土壤環境科學系大學部及碩士班之優秀學生。
Article 2  The scholarship rewards outstanding undergraduate and master's students in the Department of Soil and Environmental Sciences at National Chung Hsing University.
三、本獎學金基金及孳息所得之保管存放，由本校學務處會同主計室及總務處等相關單位辦理。

Article 1  To commemorate Professor Gong Gu-Shen's contributions to the field of entomology and the development of the Department of Entomology, the department has established the Professor Gong Gu-Shen Memorial Scholarship. These guidelines are formulated accordingly.
二、申請名額：每學年2名。

三、金額：每名1萬元。
Article 3  Each scholarship recipient will receive NT$10,000.

Article 1  The family of Mr. Zhong Wen-Long, an alumnus of the Department of Civil Engineering at National Chung Hsing University, has established this scholarship in his memory. The family donates NT$200,000 annually for this scholarship.

第一條  國立中興大學生命科學系(以下簡稱本系)系友為回饋母系，並鼓勵學弟妹努力向學，特設置此獎學金，所需經費由捐贈款項支應。
Article 1  To give back to the Department of Life Sciences at National Chung Hsing University (hereinafter referred to as "the Department") and to encourage junior students to strive for academic excellence, alumni have established this scholarship. The necessary funds are provided by donations.
第二條  本獎學金獎助對象：
  一、家境清寒者(家庭年收入低於70萬元)、政府登記之(中)低收入戶或重大災害受災戶。
  二、申請學生須具有中華民國國籍。(僑生另依本校清寒僑生獎助辦法向學生安全輔導室提出申請。)
Article 2  Scholarship Recipients:
1.Students from financially disadvantaged families (annual family income below NT$700,000), households registered as low or middle-income, or households affected by significant disasters.
2.Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan). (Overseas Compatriot Students should apply for financial aid through the Student Safety and Counseling Office in accordance with the university’s Financial Aid for Disadvantaged Overseas Compatriot Students guidelines.)
第三條  申請資格：
  一、限本系學士班、碩士班、博士班在學同學，前一學年學業成績無任一科不及格者均可申請。
  二、新生符合第二條規定者。
Article 3  Eligibility:
1.Current students in the bachelor's, master's, or doctoral programs of the Department who had no failing grades in the previous academic year may apply.
2.New students who meet the criteria outlined in Article 2.
第四條  本獎學金每學年申請一次，學生須在公告期限內向本系辦公室提出申請。申請時，請繳交申請書（本系網頁表格下載）、歷年成績單(新生免)與清寒證明或(中)低收入戶證明及相關文件。
Article 4  The scholarship is open for application once per academic year. Students must submit their applications to the Department office within the announced deadline. The application should include the application form (available on the Department’s website), transcripts of all academic years (not required for new students), and proof of financial hardship or low/middle-income status, along with any relevant documents.
第五條  每一學年獎助4名，以學士班為優先，每名奬學金金額為新台幣五仟元。
Article 5  Four scholarships are awarded each academic year, with priority given to bachelor's program students. Each scholarship is worth NT$5,000.
第六條  由本系導師(或指導教授)和系主任審核申請名單，如申請人數超過4名，交由本系教學及課程委員會委員審核並排序，審核通過學生名單送至本校生活輔導組辦理後續獎學金撥款事宜。
Article 6  Applications are reviewed by the Department's advisors (or supervisors) and the Department head. If the number of applicants exceeds four, the Department’s Teaching and Curriculum Committee will review and rank the applications. Approved applications are then forwarded to the Office of Student Affairs for subsequent scholarship disbursement.

第一條  本校生命科學系為紀念全球變遷生物學研究中心主任吳聲海老師對台灣生態保育及本系發展之貢獻，以及傳承吳老師對台灣生態保育的實作精神，捐集成立吳聲海老師紀念獎學金，特定本辦法。
Article 1  To commemorate the contributions of Professor Wu Sheng-Hai, Director of the Global Change Biology Research Center, to Taiwan's ecological conservation and the development of the Department of Life Sciences, and to pass on his practical spirit in ecological conservation, the Department of Life Sciences at National Chung Hsing University has established the Wu Sheng-Hai Memorial Scholarship. These guidelines have been formulated for this purpose.
第二條 申請名額及金額：
（一）大學部學生四名，每學年新台幣伍仟元。
（二）研究所碩士班學生四名，每學年新台幣伍仟元。
（三）研究所博士班學生一名，每學年新台幣壹萬元。
Article 2  Number of Scholarships and Amounts:
1. Four undergraduate students, NT$5,000 each per academic year.
2. Four master’s students, NT$5,000 each per academic year.
3. One doctoral student, NT$10,000 per academic year.
第三條 申請資格：
（一）本校生命科學系大學部學生，修習「生態學」與「演化學」，成績均達八十分（含）以上者，按照兩科總分排序。
（二）研究所碩士班甲組甄試或考試入學，正式報到後列為第一與第二名，甄試及考試入學各二名。
（三）研究所博士班甄試或考試入學，正式報到後，由甲組召集人依名次決定一名。若該學年有超過一位甲組博士班正式報到，則優先提供給未領取本系「研究生獎學金」之博士生。
（四）若申請資格不符，則依名次順序遞補。
（五）符合本獎學金核發資格者，若辦理休學則視同放棄，依名次順序遞補。
（六）領取本獎學金者，就讀各學制期間，僅能申請一次，但可同時申請其他獎學金。
Article 3  Eligibility:
1. Undergraduate students in the Department of Life Sciences who have taken "Ecology" and "Evolution" courses with grades of 80 or above. Applicants will be ranked based on the total score of these two courses.
2. Master’s students admitted through recommendation or examination, ranking first and second after official registration. Two from each admission method.
3. Doctoral students admitted through recommendation or examination, determined by the group convenor based on ranking after official registration. If there is more than one officially registered doctoral student in the group for the academic year, preference is given to those who have not received the department’s "Graduate Student Scholarship."
4. If eligibility criteria are not met, the next in line will be considered based on ranking.
5. Recipients who take a leave of absence are considered to have forfeited the scholarship, and the next in line will be considered based on ranking. Recipients may only apply for this scholarship once per educational level but may apply for other scholarships simultaneously.
第四條  申請時間：本獎學金每學年申請一次，於每年10月辦理。
Article 4  Application Period: The scholarship is open for application once per academic year, processed in October each year.
第五條  申請手續：繳交成績單與申請書各一份。碩士班與博士班申請者，需再提供論文計畫書（內容必須符合本獎學金之宗旨「台灣生態保育之實作精神」）與指導教授推薦函各一份。

Master’s and doctoral applicants must also provide a thesis proposal (aligned with the scholarship’s purpose of promoting "Taiwan’s ecological conservation") and a recommendation letter from their supervisor.
第六條  本獎學金之審核由系主任成立審查委員會辦理甄選，獲獎學生名單送至生輔組辦理後續獎學金撥款事宜。

第一條 植物學系為生命科學系之前身；本獎助學金係昔日植物學系之師長與系友為紀念創系系主任易希道教授而設，意在永懷師恩，嘉惠學子。
Article 1  The Department of Botany, the predecessor of the Department of Life Sciences, established this scholarship in memory of Professor Hi-Tao Yie, the founding head of the department, through the contributions of former faculty members and alumni. The scholarship aims to honor Professor Yi’s legacy and benefit students.
第二條 每學年授與獎助學金人數為六名。
  一、生命科學系(含研究所)學生共二名。
  二、生物醫學研究所、分子生物研究所、生物化學研究所及基因體暨生物資訊學研究所學生共四名。
Article 2  Each academic year, six scholarships will be awarded:
1. Two scholarships for students from the Department of Life Sciences (including the graduate institute).
2.Four scholarships for students from the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Graduate Institute of Molecular Biology, Graduate Institute of Biochemistry, and the Graduate Institute of Genomics and Bioinformatics.
第三條 每名授與新臺幣伍仟元。
Article 3  Each recipient will be awarded NT$5,000.
第四條 本獎助學金之保管存放，由國立中興大學學務處會同主計室及總務處等相關單位辦理。
Article 4  The management and disbursement of this scholarship will be handled by the Office of Student Affairs in conjunction with the Office of Accounting and the Office of General Affairs at National Chung Hsing University.
第五條 申請資格：
  一、本國籍生命科學院在學學生(不含在職專班學生)。
  二、前一學期成績單總平均七十五分以上。
Article 5  Eligibility:
1. Current students of the College of Life Sciences at National Chung Hsing University (excluding students in the in-service program) with Republic of China nationality.
2. An overall average grade of 75 or above for the previous semester.
第六條 繳交文件：
  一、申請表。
  二、前一學期成績單(轉學生用前學校成績單申請)。
  三、中低收入戶證明或清寒證明。
Article 6  Required Documents:
1. Application form.

一、宗旨：為紀念黃朝宗先生鼓勵學子勤學向善，服務社會，特設置本獎學金。
Article 1  To commemorate Mr. Huang Chao-Zong and to encourage students to study diligently, cultivate virtue, and serve society, this scholarship is established.
二、申請日期：每年12月1日至12月20日止
Article 2  Application Period: From December 1 to December 20 each year.
三、核發對象：獸醫病理生物學研究所碩、博士班學生
Article 3  Eligible Applicants: Master's and Ph.D. students of the Graduate Institute of Veterinary Pathobiology.
四、名額：每學年二名

五、金額：每名新台幣壹萬元整

六、資格：

Those applying for the Financial Need Scholarship must also provide proof of financial hardship or low-income status.
