一、依社團法人台灣失智症協會113年12月23日台智俊字第162號函（如附件）辦理。
二、旨揭活動報名期程自即日起至2025年3月21日下午5點止，網址：https://forms.gle/6jXC3LpD3itk5V5QA，請本校協助宣傳並鼓勵學生踴躍投稿。

Explanation:
1. This is to be carried out in accordance with the letter No. 162 from the Taiwan Dementia Association dated December 23, 2024 (see attachment).
2. The registration period for the aforementioned event is from now until 5 PM on March 21, 2025. The website for registration is: https://forms.gle/6jXC3LpD3itk5V5QA.
Please assist in promoting this within our school and encourage students to actively submit their entries.
