一、服務型態:以社群帳號進入本平台;為不需身份認證之匿名協談服務。
二、 服務時間:即日起每週一至週五,下午1-5時、晚間6-凌晨1時;服務時間調整請隨時關注本會官網。
三、 服務窗口:
本會官方臉書:臉書搜尋「社團法人國際生命線台灣總會」,按讚後,使用發送訊息功能,即可進入本平台。
本會官方LINE帳號:LINE搜尋 ID「@taiwanlifeline1995」,加入好友後,即可進入本平台。

*服務說明:『謝謝你跟我說』全台生命線青少年心理健康網路支持平台計畫」為衛福部公益彩卷盈餘補助本會與各地生命線協會合作,由完成培訓課程的文字協談志工老師與督導,共同於網路平台提供文字協談服務。秉持生命線陪伴與傾聽的初衷,以文字協談提供青少年族群情緒支持,增加心理健康可求助管道的服務平台。Service description: "Thank you for telling me" Taiwan's Lifeline Youth Mental Health Network Support Platform Project" is a surplus subsidy for public welfare lottery tickets from the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Our association cooperates with local Lifeline associations, and is staffed by volunteer teachers who have completed training courses. Together with the supervisor, we provide text consultation services on the online platform. Adhering to the original intention of Lifeline to accompany and listen, it provides emotional support to young people through text consultation, and is a service platform that increases the channels for seeking help for mental health.
