諾羅病毒預防方法Norovirus Prevention Methods

諾羅病毒預防方式:
1.勤以肥皂水/洗手乳洗手:如廁後、進食或準備食物之前,用肥皂水/洗手乳澈底洗手(酒精性乾洗手無效)。
2.澈底煮熟:所有食物(尤其是貝類),應澈底清洗及煮熟。
3.環境消毒:汙染衣物、床單立即更換,馬桶、門把、玩具物品用漂白水擦拭(1000ppm)。
4.嘔吐、排泄物處理:糞便、嘔吐物用漂白水消毒(5000ppm)在沖入下水道,處理時戴手套與口罩。
5.生病在家休息:有症狀的教職員工生,應在家休息,待症狀解除48小時後才可上班。

1.Wash hands thoroughly with soap / hand soap: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap/ hand soap after using the restroom, before eating, or preparing food (alcohol-based hand sanitizers are ineffective).
2.Cook food thoroughly: All food (especially shellfish) should be thoroughly cleaned and cooked.
3.Environmental disinfection: Immediately change contaminated clothes and bed linens. Wipe down toilets, doorknobs, and toys with bleach (1000ppm).
4.Handling vomit and feces: Disinfect feces and vomit with bleach (5000ppm) before flushing down the drain. Wear gloves and a mask when handling.
5.Rest at home when sick: Staff or students with symptoms should rest at home and only return to work or school 48 hours after symptoms have resolved.
