如於校園內遇到校園性別事件，可向性別平等教育委員會或學生事務處學生安全輔導室通報，並請總務處駐衛警察隊協助。

If you encounter a campus gender incident on campus, you can report it to the Gender Equity Education Committee or the Student Safety Counseling Division of the Office of Student Affairs, and please ask the Police Squadron of the Office of General Affairs for assistance.

如欲提出申訴，請填妥校園性別事件申請/檢舉書，送至性別平等教育委員會(本校行政樓3樓學生事務處)辦理。

If you wish to file a complaint, please fill out the Campus Gender Incident Application/Report Form and submit it to the Gender Equity Education Committee (located on the 3rd floor of the Administration Hall, Office of Student Affairs) for processing.

知悉本校學生發生疑似校園性別事件時，請立即向本校學生事務處(處本部、學生安全輔導室或健康及諮商中心)通報，最遲不得超過知悉時起算24小時，以免違反性別平等教育法第43條規定(處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰)。

When aware of a suspected campus gender incident involving a student of this university, please immediately report it to the Office of Student Affairs (main office, Student Safety Division, or Health and Counseling Center) within 24 hours from the time of awareness to avoid violating Article 43 of the Gender Equity Education Act (which imposes a fine of NT$30,000 to NT$150,000).

通報時，請填妥知悉校園性平事件校內通報表，可利於完成通報作業。

When reporting, please fill out the Campus Gender Incidents Report Form to facilitate the completion of the reporting process.
