1. 申請資格：男生宿舍全體住宿生(非興大二村)
2. 申請時間：10/18開始，每週一到五，上午9:00~12:30 親自到服務中心申請，或填寫線上表單
3. 申請方式：請填寫以下表單或掃描QR code進行申請 https://forms.gle/VmdpWWEhGPJqiitX8
4. 發證時間：申請後服務中心會電話通知， 須由本人親領 。
5. 注意事項：一人一次限申請一證(機車、腳踏車擇一)，如有第二證需求可直接填寫表單，服務中心會依照車位數量進行安排；
領取車證需出示本人學生證及本人或親屬所持有車輛之行照。
宿舍採全面對號停車，未申請車證者，不得停放於宿舍區域內。

Notice:
All residents in male dormitory can apply for a parking permit.
Residents should show their Student ID card or personal identifications to prove their identity.
