男生宿舍113學年度第二輪車證申請公告Second Round Application for Parking Permit of Male Dorm in 2024 Academic Year

1. 申請資格：男生宿舍全體住宿生(非興大二村)

2. 申請時間：9/30~10/7

3. 申請方式：請填寫以下表單或掃描QR code進行申請   https://forms.gle/VmdpWWEhGPJqiitX8  

4. 公布時間：10/11於住輔組網站公布。

5. 發證時間：10/11~15，於上班時間至服務中心領取， 須由本人親領 ， 逾時不候。

6. 注意事項：每一輪一人限申請一證(機車、腳踏車擇一)，如有第二證需求可於下一輪再行申請；領取車證需出示本人學生證及本人或親屬所持有車輛之行照。

宿舍採全面對號停車，未申請車證者，不得停放於宿舍區域內。

Notice:

1. All residents in male dormitory can apply for a parking permit. Each person can only apply for one parking permit per round. (Motorcycle or bicycle)
2. During the announcing period, please check the number of your parking permit on the website.
3. During the dispensing period, the floor manager will dispense the parking permit to each resident. Residents should show their Student ID card or personal identifications to prove their identity.
4. Please go to service center on 10/11~15. Please pay attention to the office hours.
5. If residents miss the dates of taking the parking permit, the application will be canceled and released to other residents.
