Starting from 13:30 on Monday, August 19, freshmen returning students should apply for waitlisting in writing to the Dormitory Service Center (please fill out the "Waitlist Bed Application Form" and submit it to the Xingda Second Village Male Dormitory Service Center / Female Dormitory Service Center).
