113學年度興大二村宿舍服務委員遴選結果公告 Announcement of Selection Results for Second Village Dormitory Service Committee Members for the 113 Academic Year

一、名單詳如附件

二、正取人員請於4/30（二）（08:30-21:00）至興大二村男生宿舍服務中心辦理報到手續。
未於規定時間內辦理報到者，視同放棄錄取資格，不得異議。

三、新任委員務必參加 5/8（三）20:30~21:30 舉辦之幹訓行前會（地點位於南棟二樓會
議室）及 5/18（六）舉辦之幹部訓練（訓練時間如因特殊事件異動時，將另行通
知）。

 

I. Please refer to the attached file for the detail information.

II. Members who got offered should register at the Second Village Service Center on April 30
(Tuesday) from 08:30 to 21:00 to complete the onboard procedures.
For those who are fail to register within the specified time period above will be considered a
relinquishment of the admission, and no objections will be entertained.

III. Newly appointed committee members must attend the Pre-Training Meeting to be held on
May 8 (Wed) from 20:30 to 21:30 (Location: 2nd Floor Conference Room, South Building)
and the Committee Training to be held on May 18 (Sat). (If there are any changes to the
training schedule due to special circumstances, a separate notification will be issued.)
