三、為提供學生租屋之參考，促進學生租屋權益，請各校協助轉知，以多元方式（例如：登載學校之官網、專區或社群網站等）加強宣導。
四、相關資訊同步公告於教育部賃居服務資訊網供參。

• The "Private Rental Listings for October 2024" are based on the rental prices of properties listed on private rental websites. These price trends are provided for reference only.

• To assist students in finding rental housing and protect their rental rights, schools are requested to help disseminate this information through various channels (such as posting on the school's official website, dedicated sections, or social media platforms) to strengthen the awareness campaign.

• Relevant information will also be published on the Ministry of Education's Rental Services Information website for reference.
