教育部大專校院全民國防教育資源中心擬於114年5月15日（四）假國立政治大學舉行「2025全民國防教育暨防衛動員學術研討會」，敬邀各界學術先進及對此議題有興趣者踴躍投稿

一、研討會以全民國防五大領域為各場次主題，包括：國際情勢、防衛動員、國防政策、國防科技、全民國防。

二、此次徵稿，五大主題各徵稿一篇，共計以五篇為原則，撰寫之題目以五大主題之教學經驗分享為主，來稿字數以9,000至12,000為度，將依據教育部稿費相關規定致奉稿酬。

三、來稿請繳交論文題目及500字摘要，依國立政治大學外交學系《國際關係學報》格式撰寫（詳附件），並寄至信箱：ddefense@nccu.edu.tw，聯絡人：黃先生（02）29393091#50056。

四、徵稿時程：114年3月12日（三）徵稿截止（僅須繳交摘要）；114年3月14日（五）公告及寄信通知審查結果；114年4月16日（三）繳交全文；5月15日（四）蒞臨國立政治大學研討會實體發表論文。

The Ministry of Education's National Defense Education Resource Center for Colleges and Universities plans to hold the "2025 National Defense Education and Defense Mobilization Academic Seminar" at the National Chengchi University on May 15, 2025 (Thursday). Academic leaders from all walks of life and those who are interested in this topic are welcome to submit papers.

1. The seminar will focus on the five major areas of national defense, including: international situation, defense mobilization, national defense policy, national defense technology, and national defense.

2. This call for papers will solicit one article for each of the five major themes, for a total of five articles. The topics of the articles should focus on sharing teaching experiences on the five major themes. The word count of the articles should be between 9,000 and 12,000 words. Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on manuscript fees.

3. Please submit the paper title and a 500-word abstract in accordance with the format of the Journal of International Relations of the Department of Diplomacy of National Chengchi University (see attachment) and send to ddefense@nccu.edu.tw. Contact person: Mr. Huang (02) 29393091#50056.

4. Submission schedule: March 12, 2015 (Wednesday) submission deadline (only abstracts need to be submitted); March 14, 2015 (Friday) announcement and mail notification of review results; April 16, 2015 (Wednesday) submission of full papers; May 15 (Thursday) presentation of papers at the National Chengchi University seminar.
