113學年度應屆優秀畢業生(服務獎)甄選/Selection of Outstanding Graduates (Service Award) for the 113th Academic Year
甄選標準及申請資格：請參考本校應屆優秀畢業學生獎勵辦法，如附件1
申請文件：請準備以下資料
1.應屆優秀畢業生甄選表(Word檔)，如附件2
2.歷年成績單(PDF檔)。如為轉學生，尚須附轉學前原就讀學校歷年成績單
3.其他有利甄選之文件：請彙整成單一PDF檔，並備註附件編號或順序
繳件方式及截止日期：請於114年3月17日(星期一)中午12:00前，以電子郵件寄至tzhsu12@nchu.edu.tw
注意事項：
1.電子郵件主旨請依格式填寫：「113學年度應屆優秀畢業生-服務獎-OOO（姓名）」。
2.本甄選為課外組初選會議，最終入選名單將由學務處複選審議後，由生輔組正式公告。

Selection Criteria and Application Eligibility:
Please refer to the "National Chung Hsing University Guidelines on Awarding Outstanding Graduates" (Attachment 1).
Required Application Documents:
Please prepare the following:
- Outstanding Graduate Selection Form (Word file) – see Attachment 2.
- Academic Transcript (PDF file) – If the applicant is a transfer student, transcripts from the previous institution must also be included.
- Other Supporting Documents – Compile all supporting documents into a single PDF file and label the attachment number or order accordingly.
Submission Method and Deadline:
Please submit the required documents via email to tzhsu12@nchu.edu.tw by 12:00 PM on March 17, 2025 (Monday).
Important Notes:
- The email's subject line must follow this format: "113th Academic Year Outstanding Graduate - Service Award - OOO (Name)".
- This selection process is the preliminary review by the Extracurricular Activities Division. The final selected list will be reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs and officially announced by the Student Life Division.
We encourage all student clubs to actively recommend outstanding graduating students following the criteria to honor their service spirit and remarkable contributions!
