【Cross-Field Project】【Student Clubs in Social Practice】
Course Application Announcement
申請對象：須經由本校於課外活動組登記之正式社團申請，須指定社團代表，負責與課外活動組及通識教育中心的聯絡事宜。
it must be formally applied for through a registered student club under the Extracurricular Activities Office. A representative from the club must be designated to handle communication with the Extracurricular Activities Office and the General Education Center.

- Course Application Form
- Course Proposal
- Budget Plan
申請截止時間：
- 2025年1月24日下午5點
Application Deadline:
- By 5:00 PM on January 24, 2025
課程執行期間：
- 114年3月10日至114年6月6日(課程規劃超過一學期者不受此限)
Course Duration:
- From March 10, 2025, to June 6, 2025(Courses planned to span more than one semester are not subject to this limitation)
申請方式：
將開課申請表、企畫書及經費預算表電子檔寄至 arieschw@nchu.edu.tw，主旨請註明「ＯＯＯ社-申請跨域興學習-社團社會服務」，審查結果將以e-mail通知。
How to apply:
Please send the completed documents (Course Application Form, Course Proposal, and Budget Plan) to arieschw@nchu.edu.tw.
Please indicate “Application for Cross-Field Project- Student Clubs in Social Practice. The review results will be notified by e-mail.
