設立宗旨

Purpose of Establishment
 

粘耿豪、粘肇紘及粘凱隆三兄弟經營「億豐綜合工業」有成，並帶領億豐成為實木框型百葉窗(Shutters)、百葉簾(Blinds)、軟質窗簾(Shades)等窗飾商品的全球領導廠商與國際品牌。為紀念父親粘銘先生創業拓基，並希望促使社會階層垂直流動，增進福祉，設置「億豐．粘銘獎助學金」，提攜校園內力爭上進之優秀學子，助台灣與企業儲備棟樑菁英。

The Nien brothers, Nien Geng-Hao, Nien Zhao-Hong, and Nien Kai-Long, have successfully led "Yifeng Comprehensive Industries" to become a global leader and international brand in the manufacturing of solid wood framed shutters, blinds, and shades. In memory of their father, Mr. Nien Ming, who laid the foundation for their enterprise, and to promote vertical social mobility and enhance welfare, they have established the "Yifeng‧Nien Ming Scholarship" to support outstanding students who strive for excellence and to help Taiwan and businesses cultivate future talents.

申請資格

Eligibility Criteria

機械系、電機系、材料系、化工系、化學系、資工系及通訊所之本國在學學生，並具備下列(一)之基本要件與(二)之傑出表現即可申請。

Domestic students currently enrolled in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science and Engineering, or Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering who meet the following (1) basic requirements and (2) outstanding performance criteria are eligible to apply.

(一) 須符合的申請基本條件（1或2擇一即可；3為必備資格）
(1) Must meet at least one of the following basic requirements (1 or 2; 3 is mandatory):
1.經鄉、鎮、市地方政府以上單位開具之清寒證明者
1. Proof of financial hardship issued by local government authorities (township, city, or district level).
2.家庭遭遇變故致生活陷於困難或其家境清寒，提出相關證明者(如導師、指導教授證明)。
2. Proof of family hardship or financial difficulty due to unforeseen circumstances, with supporting documents (e.g., statements from mentors or professors).
3.品德端正，敬業樂群，無不良行為紀錄者。
3. Demonstrates good character, dedication, and has no record of misconduct.
(二) 認真學習，努力上進，前2學期學業成績排名達班排名前50%者。
(2) Serious academic efforts and achievement, with a ranking in the top 50% of the class for the previous two semesters.

Apply online by uploading the required documents to the official website (www.niencharity.org) under the "Online Application" section.

必備文件

Required Document

1.獎助學金申請表。Scholarship Application Form.
2.學業成績單正本(請申請上、下學期之單學期成績單並含班上排名) Official academic transcripts (include single-semester transcripts for the previous and current semesters, with class ranking).
3.在學證明書。Proof of Enrollment.
4.身分證正反面影本(黏貼於申請書)。Copy of both sides of the ID card (to be attached to the application form).
5.自我介紹表 (單頁，500 字以上，說明家庭狀況、求學經歷與未來規劃)。Personal statement (one page, minimum 500 words, detailing family background, educational experience, and future plans).
6.師長推薦函(本科系所教授或指導教授推薦函)。Letter of recommendation from a professor or academic advisor in the relevant department.
7.清寒、特殊境遇佐證文件 (無清寒或父/母所得證明或特殊境遇佐證文件，申請案將不受理；村里長開立之清寒證明，不予受理，請勿檢附。)Proof of financial hardship or special circumstances (applications without financial hardship proof or parent’s income statements will not be accepted; proof from village chief is not accepted, please do not include).

申請期間

Application Period
 

上半年請於 3 月 1 日起至 3 月 31 日止完成線上申請； 下半年請於 9 月 1 日起至 9 月 30 日止完成線上申請。

For the first half of the year, apply online from March 1 to March 31; for the second half of the year, apply online from September 1 to September 30.

Notes

The scholarship is reviewed by the Nien Ming Charity Foundation. The official website link is: www.niencharity.org

◎領有本項獎學金者，需參加本校高教深耕學習輔導活動至少10小時。

Recipients must participate in at least 10 hours of the university's higher education development and counseling activities.

◎不含在職生、夜間部與推廣進修者。

Excludes in-service students, evening division students, and continuing education students.
